Our team
At Level Matters, we believe that we are at our best when we combine intuitive intelligence with trained skills. That is when we can really make a difference!
As the frontman for our team, I have 35 years of working experience, helping people empower themselves. For the last 25 years, I have been a senior consultant and partner with an international consulting, training, and coaching organization, where I designed, sold and executed programs for a diverse international client base. Prior to that, I was a medical doctor in obstetrics and gynecology, an instructor of midwifery, and a motivational speaker and workshop leader in the areas of self-discovery, human potential, and the mind-body-spirit connection.

LEVEL MATTERS
At Level Matters, we know that constructive change is possible under any circumstances – and that we have the exclusive power to make it happen, because as we change, everyone and everything naturally changes along with us. And it all comes back to amplifying our original intent – accessing our innate motivation, inspiration, and direction in order to reach our goals and create the life we want.

Through our trainings, workshops, and individual coaching, we present principles and methods for achieving success in every area of life. Plus, we share commonsense wisdom for finding meaning and fulfillment, through our blog, our books, and our articles that are posted on sites including HuffPost, the Good Men Project, Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global, and The Tiferet Journal.

Our newest book is Thoughts Worth Thinking on Life, Career, Lovers and Children, globally available on Amazon USA, UK, Canada, France, Spain, Germany, Japan.

Our history
Before entering the corporate world, when I was working in the hospital, my dream was to open a birthing center. The inspiration came from my association with Frédérick Leboyer and Michael Odent who popularized gentle birthing techniques to help ease the transition to the outside world. It matched my personal feelings about life itself being an expression of our inner intent in the external world. The birthing center did not materialize, and I went on to train and coach CEOs, managers and sales people for 25 years. And all the while, something felt missing. I began to ask myself, “Is this all there is to life?”
Between my medical and corporate careers, I met my wife, Grace, at a months-long course on human potential and the mind-body-spirit connection. In 2010, we began designing our Conscious Living Program, which was born out of the dream to unite core and corporate. In 2015, we started writing together, posting on sites like HuffPost and Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global. Our articles turned into books, and our most recent one is called Thoughts Worth Thinking on Life, Career, Lovers and Children.
OUR LOGO
At Level Matters, we have chosen the seven levels of consciousness as the foundation for our philosophy and our services.
'Level' is a palindrome, which reads the same, backward or forward. We believe in looking at life meaningfully from both inner and outer perspectives.
The 'Ls' symbolize the active, outer, and protective principle, while the 'V' represents the receptive, inner and creative principle. Original intent descends as inner knowing, and is secured and amplified by outer doing. In balancing the feminine and the masculine principles, inspiration incubates and purpose manifests.
'Level Matters' refers to the fact that it matters which level we are functioning on in relation to our daily experiences. It also relates to the specific aspects associated with each level and the skills for living effectively. Plus, a level is a tool for assessing balance, and matter is solid and grounded. Our focus is levelheaded commonsense fueled by intuitive intelligence.
