We think ourselves into feeling good or bad. And we can retrain ourselves to think differently about any situation.


Many of us believe it’s impossible, or a bad idea, to control our thoughts. And we go through the day reacting to whatever we see happening around us, allowing people and circumstances to tell us how to feel rather than being in charge of our attitude and our response to life.


We may not always get what we want from life, but we’re always getting what we think and believe we deserve. With a disciplined mind, where we tell it what to do instead of it telling us what to do, we can create the life we want.


When we consciously choose our thoughts to produce a feeling that we want, and then we purposefully express emotions that maintain a consistent attitude, we’re choosing for well-being.
